What yummy jelly pots are included in this lunchbox give away?

You can find the ‘Collect Me’ lids on all of our No Added Sugar 115g and Standard 125g jelly pots. There are lots of yummy flavours to choose from.

How many lids do I need to collect to get my sunny yellow lunchbox?

Gobble up 12 jelly pots, making sure you keep your 12 ‘Collect Me’ lids.  

 

I have lids from other jelly pots within the Hartley’s range, can I use them to get my lunchbox?

We know our Hartley’s fans love to eat wibbly wobbly jelly from across our range, but to receive a Hartley’s lunchbox you’ll need to send us your ‘Collect Me’ lids, which are only available on promotional pots.

My lid is damaged or torn, what do I do?

Don’t worry, you can still join in, even if your lid is a little bit damaged or torn. As long as it’s still identifiable as a ‘Collect Me’ lid, then send it in. We’re a friendly bunch here so if you’re unsure whether your damaged lid(s) will be ok to use, simply send a picture via the Contact Us page on our Hartley’s website, and we will happily let you know.

 

Once I’ve collected my 12 lids, how do I get my lunchbox(es)?

To enter in the UK:

Once you’ve collected your 12 lids, visit www.hartleysfruit.co.uk and input your full details as requested. Select the number of lunchboxes you require (you will need 12 ‘Collect Me’ lids for each lunchbox). Enter your payment details and pay £2.00 postage for each lunchbox. You can pay via Paypal, credit or debit card. On completion of paying your postage you will receive a redemption code. Print out the redemption code and send it, along with the 12 ‘Collect Me’ lids, to: Hartley’s Your Lunchbox, FREEPOST, OL5070, Ashton Under Lyne, OL6 8YZ. On receipt of the redemption code and the lids, the lunchbox(es) will be sent by post to the address supplied.  

To enter in the Republic of Ireland:

Once you’ve collected your 12 lids, visit www.hartleysfruit.co.uk and input your full details as requested. Select the number of lunchboxes you require (you will need 12 ‘Collect Me’ lids for each lunchbox). Enter your payment details and pay €5.18 postage for each lunchbox. You can pay via Paypal, credit or debit card. On completion of paying your postage you will receive a redemption code.  Print out the redemption code and photograph your 12 lids with the code. Email the photograph to lunchbox@customerservices.gb.net. On receipt of the photograph (of the unique code and 12 lids), the lunchbox(es) will be sent by post to the address supplied.  

 

When is the last time I can get my lunchbox?

Sadly our lunchboxes are only available for the duration of the campaign. You’ll find our yummy little promotional pots on shelves until 31 October 2017 (subject to availability), but you have until 5pm on 1 August 2018 to claim your lunchbox. That’s plenty of time to gobble them all up!

How many lunchboxes can I claim?

You can get as many lunchboxes as you’d like. Just make sure you have 12 ‘Collect Me’ lids for each lunchbox.   

 

Is the lunchbox available in other colours or other designs?

It’s just in one colour. Why? Because we think we’ve chosen perfectly with this yellow lunchbox. It reminds us of a bright sunny day, and who can resist one of those?

 

Is it the right size for my little one to carry?

The sunny yellow lunchbox is the perfect size for little hands to hold and carry at just 200mm x 195mm.

 

Does my lunchbox come with some stickers?

Each lunchbox comes with a free sticker sheet of Hartley’s much-loved characters and a sticker alphabet so your little one can have fun spelling their name. Gone are the days of getting lunchboxes mixed up at school.

 

What do I do if my lunchbox has arrived damaged?

Our lunchboxes should arrive in perfect condition. If it hasn’t we’re incredibly sorry. Please send us a picture of your damaged lunchbox via the Contact Us page on our Hartley’s website. As soon as we have seen your picture, we will be in touch within 48 hours. Any replacement lunchbox will be sent to the same address your initial lunchbox was sent to.

 

Can I buy a lovely sunny lunchbox?

I’m afraid we don’t currently sell these lovely lunchboxes.

 

Can I swap my lunchbox for an alternative product/ gift?

This is the ‘Collect Me’ campaign, so there is no gift or cash alternative.

 

Delivery related questions

 

How long will it take for my lunchbox to arrive?

Once we receive your 12 ‘Collect Me’ lids we will be popping your sunny lunchbox in the post via Royal Mail. You’ll receive an email from our wibbly wobbly team to say your lunchbox is on its way. We’re aiming to get it to you as quickly as possible. This should be within 28 working days but please allow up to 90 days.

 

What do I do if my lunchbox hasn’t arrived?

You will receive an email to say that your lunchbox is on its way. If it hasn’t arrived within 90 days then please contact our Consumer Care team via the Contact Us page on our Hartley’s website, and we will aim to come back to you within 48 hours. If you’d rather speak to us, please call 0800 022 4339.

 

I’ve entered the incorrect address. Can I change the address details if I’ve already posted off my 12 ‘Collect Me’ lids?

Don’t worry, we are here to help. Simply call our wibbly wobbly consumer care team on 0800 022 4339 and they’ll check the status of your lunchbox. If your lunchbox isn’t yet on its way, then we will happily change your address.

 

What is the £2.00/€5.18 charge for?

It’s just a small charge for delivering your lunchbox. It applies to each lunchbox you order.

 

How will my lunchbox arrive?

Your sunny lunchbox will be sent through royal mail and will arrive in a cute presentation box. If there is no-one in to receive the lunchbox when your posty calls, he/ she will leave a card containing details of where your lunchbox is stored (it will depend on whether your posty works on a leave safe or with a neighbour policy). If you are told to collect the lunchbox from your local sorting office then Royal Mail will hold it for 7 to 14 days. If it’s not collected within this time frame then it will be returned to us.
